Job Title: Doweler/Stacker Department: Frame Build Reports To: Area Coordinator / Frame Build Team Lead Location: DuraCraft Solutions – MDF Cabinet Door Manufacturing Facility Position Summary: The Doweler/Stacker supports the Frame Build department by accurately inserting dowels into pre-drilled holes and properly stacking frame parts for assembly. This role helps ensure smooth material flow, product quality, and workplace safety. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Insert dowels into pre-drilled holes for frame build components according to specifications. Visually inspect all parts for damage, defects, or missing features prior to doweling or stacking. Stack and organize frame parts on pallets safely and efficiently to prevent damage and maintain order. Ensure proper identification, orientation, and labeling of stacked materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards. Communicate effectively with the team lead or area coordinator regarding material shortages, quality concerns, or process improvements. Assist with material movement and pallet transfer to support production flow. Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and teamwork. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior manufacturing or woodworking experience preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Able to lift and stack materials up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and positive, team-oriented attitude.
