We are looking for a Duty Security Manager to join us at our client site in London.
Our client is part of a large group of galleries housing art from different centuries.
As a Duty Security Manager you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.
A TYPICAL DAY IN THE LIFE AS A DUTY SECURITY MANAGER:
- Manage the Wilson James Tate team which include FOH Security Officers, Leading Officers, Reception Officers, and assist with Control Room staff as and when required.
- Walk the floors to monitor and manage service delivery
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with Tate Duty Managers and Visitor Experience Managers.
- Implement operational procedures in line with Tate requests, for example SOP’s.
- Bring innovation to the role and to contribute ideas for the development of the DSM role, to the benefit of the wider team.
- Protect employees and Tate by providing a safe and secure environment.
- Produce monthly statistics reports when requested by the Operations Manager
- Act as day to day operational key contacts for escalated operational issues and pass to Operations Manager for further escalation.
- Monitor and escalate system faults and issues to the appropriate resource for remedial action to be taken ensuring faults are rectified
- Attend internal and external meetings as requested by Head of Safety, Security & Services, Head of Information and Head of Visitor Experience TM and Head of Visitor Experience and Operations TB and WJ.
- Investigate incidents and reported occurrences liaising with Head of Safety, Security & Services, Head of Information and Head of Visitor Experience TM and Head of Visitor Experience and Operations TB as required
