Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Kent is looking for maintenance E&I Technicians to join our high performing team on Shell’s QGC business in the Surat Basin, Queensland. This role is offered to residents of the local area and extended to candidates who reside in Brisbane. The work roster is 15 days on 13 days off, 10 hours per day.
These role will be accountable for carrying out wellsite & plant maintenance activities related to the operations of wells and the associated gathering systems. This will include both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

We would need to see this qualifications & experience…
- Certificate III in Electro Technology
- Current Electrical Licence recognised by the Queensland Electrical Licencing Board
- Cert III in Instrumentation (Mandatory)
- EEHA Certification
- HV Switching Certification and demonstrated experience is desirable
- Current First Aid Certificate & LV Rescue
- Nationally accredited training and licenses in Working at Heights
- General Construction Induction Training (White Card)
Extra experience that would be beneficial:
- Cathodic Protection
- Pipeline surveillance & maintenance
- Commissioning in Gas fields
