ABOUT THIS ROLE

At Meadow Park Academy we encourage our pupils to be creative, take risks and build character in order to maximise achievement in all areas. In doing so they develop a lifelong love of learning through nurture and adventure, as well as the resilience to follow their own paths and contribute to our communities as responsible global citizens.
Our aim is, and will always be, to help our children to achieve their maximum potential. We believe that the primary school days should be one of the most exciting periods of anybody’s life, and our teachers deliver an engaging curriculum to ensure that a love for learning is embraced and sustained.
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Early Years Teacher, who shares the ethos of our school and is committed to supporting us in delivering exceptional education to the community we serve. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a growing understanding of how children learn. Above all, you must care deeply about our children and want to help them achieve their best, across the whole curriculum and beyond. We are happy to discuss part-time working for this role.
Our team is proud to be part of Anthem Schools Trust, who together create ambitious and successful schools where every child thrives.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To share in and support the leadership of the school as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • To help lead the school in the policies and practices of continuous school improvement and staff development in relation to the Early Years Foundation Stage.
