Your Impact
As an Educator at Goodstart Seaford Rise, you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and response to the needs of all children.
Our Centre
Goodstart Early Learning Seaford Rise is a purpose-built childcare centre with four large indoor learning environments and two huge outdoor learning environments.
We follow the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework to guide our planning for the children’s development from 6 weeks to school age.
Sustainability has become embedded in our programs as the children are encouraged to recycle, reuse and reduce.
You’ll help achieve this by
Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
Complying with the National Quality Standards and Goodstart policy and procedures.
Using and implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide to support Senior Educators and Teachers in the delivery of high-quality education programs.
Building and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
Contributing to a professional and positive work culture.
