KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Electrical Engineer at Terma, you will be entrusted with a variety of critical tasks aimed at advancing our product development and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing detailed electrical engineering tasks for a range of products and projects, ensuring innovative and reliable solutions.
- Conducting thorough circuit analysis using tools like P-Spice to validate and optimize our designs.
- Contributing to the design and layout of printed circuit boards (PCBs), focusing on performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Integrating functional elements such as power supplies, CPUs, I/O, and communication modules into cohesive and efficient systems.
- Ensuring all products comply with relevant standards and norms (e.g., EMC, LVD, ROHS) by developing compliance plans, conducting evaluations, performing tests, and generating comprehensive reports.
- Developing and implementing solutions for products that operate in challenging environments characterized by extreme temperatures, vibrations, and humidity.
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including part lists, BOMs, and component information, and ensuring all data is accurately reflected in the ERP system.
- Facilitating the seamless handover of developed units, modules, and products to production, service, and spare parts departments, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and support.
