Description:

Cardo Systems, a global leader in consumer electronics for motorcycle riders, outdoor enthusiasts, and off-road drivers, is looking for an Electrical Technician to join the Cardo Sound Labs Team.
In this role, you will join a team of professional engineers developing cutting-edge audio technology to support our innovative sound lab work.
Full-time position from our site in Straubing, Germany, reporting to the Director of Audio Engineering & Site Lead.
If you enjoy working with your hands, are passionate about electronics and mechatronics, have experience building prototypes, and your hobbies include audio/motorcycles, we want to know you!

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build electronics and mechanics prototypes.
  • Soldering, modifying, and adjusting small electronic parts.
  • Operating 3D printers.
  • Build up measurement systems.
  • Hands-on work, including minor IT tasks and regular maintenance of the lab environment and equipment.

Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Certified Electronics Technician, with preference given to candidates with a background in mechanics or mechatronics.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Audio measurement skills – an advantage
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in German is required; English is a significant advantage.
  • On-site work from the company site in Straubing, Germany.
