We are seeking a Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at MerchGlobal. In this role, you will play a vital part in the production process, ensuring high-quality standards are met while operating various decorating machines. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional branded merchandise to our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least 1 year experience as either an embroidery machine operator or a sewing machine operator.
• Fluent in English.
• High Accuracy and Speed.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Operate and maintain machinery used in the production of branded merchandise.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy and defects.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing minor repairs as needed.
