ABOUT THE ROLE
Contract Role: Join us for a contract period of 2 to 6 months, with potential to hire for permanent position, part-time or full time.
As a Senior User Researcher, you’ll play a role in coordinating and conducting user testing sessions and contextual inquiry interviews. In this role, you’ll be reporting to our Director of Design, collaborating with one or more Senior Product Designer(s) and interacting directly with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and run user testing sessions (qualitative and quantitative)
- Extract and communicate key insights
- Present results effectively to stakeholders
- Explore and use various User Testing tools
- Advise clients on best practices and research strategy
