Description

Roles & Responsibilities * Organize and manage data collected from Pavement Condition Assessment (PCA) survey. * Analyse and interpret pavement condition indicators such as cracking, rutting, and surface roughness. * Prepare clear and concise technical reports, data visualizations, and presentation slide materials. * Assist in maintaining pavement databases and utilizing modelling software to support annual maintenance budgeting and planning. * Collaborate effectively with design teams, maintenance units, other internal departments, and external clients to ensure smooth project execution. * Continuously learn and apply new engineering software, data analysis tools, and best practices in pavement and asset management. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support project needs and team goals. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field. * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. * Strong academic background in road and pavement engineering is an added advantage. * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data visualization). * Interest in data management and data-driven decision making. * Knowledge in handling/ managing and performing statistical analysis of large datasets is an added advantage. * Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new software and skills. * Candidate must have strong attention to detail and possess an analytical mindset.
