POSITION SUMMARY

The Engineering Manager is a key role within Flutter Studios responsible for designing and delivering software solutions to enable the brand to obtain competitive advantage, while developing and leading your team.
The Engineering Manager will lead a scrum team with diverse skills set working to deliver the Flutter Studios Platform roadmap in an agile environment.
Keeping a continuous focus on growing individuals, building team dynamics, and uplifting agile practices are key success factors.
This role requires exceptional communication skills and experience in all aspects of software delivery processes, from inception to release.

KEY EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Leadership experience and commercial development background ideally in a product organisation
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams responsible for product delivery
• Hands-on experience with Agile principles and in project delivery
• Experience of delivering in a high paced environment
• Knowledge of online gaming (e.g. poker, casino, sportsbook) and/or regulatory/licencing projects is an asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or appropriate postgraduate qualification)
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
