Join our operational Customer Fulfilment Centre in Andover, and become a part of Ocado’s history as an Engineering Team Manager. Lead and inspire a team of skilled engineers, Technicians, and Maintenance Technicians, driving their success by assessing their capabilities, identifying development opportunities, and motivating them daily. You’ll play a pivotal role in workload allocation and addressing disciplinary matters.
As an Engineering Team Manager, you’ll lead from the front, setting the pace, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining high standards across the CFC. You should be a competent and experienced Engineer in your own right, proficient in both mechanical and electrical aspects to make informed decisions. Be prepared to work in a 24/7 operation with 12-hour shifts covering days, nights, and weekends.
