Job Description VAM Systems is currently looking for Equation Developer for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions: Experience Required: Years of Experience 7 - 10 years Strong development experience in RPGLE, CL, SQLRPG, designing display files (screens), sub files, reports and physical files. Strong knowledge of AS400 commands into how to deal with files, objects, and queries. Excellent knowledge of Equation Core Banking (back-end files, data management, EOD cycle, programming skills with Equation APIs and User exits). Experience in following a structured SDLC process and change/release management and control. Knowledge/skills in developing interfaces/extracts/reports and integration with third party systems. Hands on experience in designing/developing/implementing solution on EQUATION core banking system. Must have Banking / Financial Services experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions using IBM Integration technologies. Integratecore banking systems with digital channels or external APIs via APIs and messaging platforms. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of middleware components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements. Develop and maintain microservices architecture for seamless system communication. Monitor and troubleshoot middleware performance and availability. Ensuring secure development practices. Implement CI/CD pipelines for middleware deployment and updates. Document integration flows, technical specifications, and support procedures. Domain: Banking
