Description:
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in sourcing new clients or growing existing relationships in a given product or specialty
- Understand clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions within the context of individual deals and client relationships
- Lead moderately complex transactions in partnership with coverage teams for specialty products, including by analyzing potential opportunities, structuring, proposing, and selling tailored financial solutions to clients; lead internal coordination and submit transactions to management or independent risk for approval
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve client issues and achieve business objectives
- Independently resolve moderately complex issues while leveraging a solid understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Partner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to a given product or specialty’s business objectives
- Serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Background in sales and experience in originating new prospective relationships
- Qualifying and closing a variety of lease and loan financing products with a good command for analyzing financial results
- Work cooperatively with internal sales and credit team to submit, credit approve, document and fund transactions ranging from $100,000+
- Work with manager to build a marketing plan to provide coverage for a large geographic area.

- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Highly focused collaborative and fast paced team environment with a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving result

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Job Expectations:
- This position will be expected to add funded volume in excess of $30MM from a combination of new and existing relationships.
- Occasional Travel may be needed
