QUALIFICATIONS

• Certificat ou diplôme en soins de la peau (esthétique). Esthétique médicale préférée
• Capable de travailler des horaires flexibles
• Minimum de deux ans d’expérience dans la réalisation de traitements cutanés.
• Parlant français et anglais. Doit être bilingue
• A une passion pour les traitements et l’environnement de vente au détail
• Avoir une attitude positive et optimiste.
• Motivé et aime être créatif
• Aime communiquer et socialiser avec les clients.
• Expérience de travail avec les produits Dermalogica est un atout.

Dermalogica is seeking a passionate Skin Therapist to join our exceptional team at the Rennai beauty boutique in Mont Royal, Montreal. As a key member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while contributing to the store’s overall success. You’ll provide a full range of personalized skincare treatments and solutions, tailored to each client’s unique needs.

You’ll deliver outstanding service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and cared for. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who specializes in recommending and implementing treatments to promote skin health!

Duties and responsibilities

• Dermalogica Treatments. The ultimate goal of this role is to provide outstanding skin treatments to consumers, Dermalogica prospect accounts, media, you will be helping spread brand awareness and showcase the power of a personalized Dermalogica Skin Treatments.
• You will be responsible for the productivity of the treatment space, increasing your client base while maintaining your loyal clients. Expressing the importance of treatment programs and commitment to overall skin health and improvement.
• Grow Dermalogica Retail. You will help our store reach its goal in growth by retailing after providing stellar treatments, you will also be assisting walk in clients, helping front desk when needed, further increasing your touchpoint with store sales.

Working conditions

• Must be able to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, eventing and rotating schedules.
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Skin Care (esthetics). Medical Esthetics preferred
• Able to work flexible hours. Rotating schedule (Monday-Sunday)
• Minimum of two years’ experience performing skin treatments.
• French and English speaking
• Has a passion for treatment and retail environment
• Have a positive and up-beat attitude.
• Self-motivated and enjoys being creative
• Loves communicating and socializing with clients and customers.
• Experience working with Dermalogica products an advantage.
