As an Estimator in the Oil and Gas sector, you will drive our organization’s success by producing high-quality, accurate estimates that meet client and project needs. You will leverage established estimating procedures to ensure estimates are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

STRONG COMMUNICATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS, WITH 1- 3 YEARS OF ESTIMATING EXPERIENCE, ARE REQUIRED.

This temporary 12-month position, based in Calgary, offers a chance to impact our projects and clients meaningfully.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate proposal specifications and drawings to determine the estimated scope.
  • Provide input on profitability, risk management, and execution strategies.
  • Ensure labour, equipment, and material costs are accurate and current.
  • Perform take-offs for structural, mechanical, and civil deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain schedules, workforce plans, and work breakdown structures.
  • Prepare and analyze subcontractor and supplier documentation, updating budgets based on project changes.
  • Conduct site visits to validate estimates and incorporate project risks.
