The Events and Sponsorship Team is an integral part of Birketts’ Business Development and Marketing team. The Business Development and Marketing Team has more than 25 experts, who work together as integrated Team, in support of the firm’s vision, mission and values.

KNOWLEDGE AND DATABASE MANAGEMENT:

  • Proactive Ambassador for Intapp CRM.
  • Ensure all activity related to events and sponsorships is recorded on our CRM, Intapp.
  • Ensure all events and sponsorships data adheres to GDPR guidelines and is kept up to date on a regular basis
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a multi-disciplinary, hands-on role with a strong focus on supporting the delivery of a range of events and sponsorships across the firm. The role requires you to work closely with the Events and Sponsorship Manager, as well as with the sector and practice team leaders to drive the successful implementation and monitoring of events and sponsorships.
The role is split between Cambridge and Norwich and you may be required to travel to our other offices or venue locations to support events on occasion.

This is a proactive challenging role in a busy team, that requires strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organisation and project management skills and the ability to multi-task with a ‘can do’ approach.

  • Versatile, confident and sophisticated individual, equally at ease with the organisation of elite C-suite events as with grass roots charitable and community events.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative and provide pro-active support to colleagues.
  • Creative flair, with an interest in creating impactful and memorable events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable around working hours.
  • Good project and budget management skills, with an interest in achieving high levels of return on investment for events and sponsorships.
