Description:

Smartblick is making manufacturing sexy again with its B2B SaaS solution.

We’re looking for a motivated, proactive, and organized full-time assistant to join us and efficiently support the management in day-to-day operations.

  • Fluency in German is required.
  • Berlin (Hybrid) - soon moving a centrally located office).
  • Unlimited Club Mate, coffee and snacks

Tasks

  • Calendar and meeting management: Oversee the calendar, schedule appointments, and act as a central hub for internal and external communication
  • Administrative and logistical support: Travel planning and booking. Preparation and follow-up of documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
  • General office management: Processing mail, ordering food, planning team events, and handling unforeseen office needs
  • Project Assistance: Drive project success with strategic solutions

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and people skills and a positive, outgoing personality
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on solutions
  • Great organizational and problem solving skills
  • Enjoy working in a team + like helping
  • Are confident using Google Workspace & MS Office
