Description:

Executive Assistant
£30,000-40,000 per annum
Fully office-based position working Monday-Friday 9am- 5:30pm, with a 4pm Friday finish

The Role:

  • Provide a high-level EA/PA support to two very busy senior leaders - Chairman and CEO- and their ever changing schedules.
  • Act as first point of contact for client and key supplier enquiries.
  • Responsible for arranging travel and accommodation for the Leader’s as required.
  • Booking and attending internal and external meetings to take minutes/actions and deliver on any follow up in a timely manner.
  • Ensure any materials needed for meetings are organised ahead of time.
  • Project work - listening to conversations around you and suggesting how to bring these to life.

Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to liaise with colleagues and clients across all levels of the business.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Determined and driven, with the ability to self-motivate.
  • Understanding of the need for confidentiality, and able to always act professionally.
  • Candidates must have demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar.
  • Professional Services experience
