EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience providing administrative support to executives with global responsibilities
  • Familiarity with a fast-paced, global company’s operating rhythm and processes
  • Collaborative teammate with proactive approach; ability to take initiative
  • Effective in supporting executives remotely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and process expense reports for executives.
  • Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
  • Facilitate effective communication between executives and individuals or groups both inside and outside the organization.
  • Assess current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics and optimize business and administrative processes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of continuous improvement initiatives.
