EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience providing administrative support to executives with global responsibilities
- Familiarity with a fast-paced, global company’s operating rhythm and processes
- Collaborative teammate with proactive approach; ability to take initiative
- Effective in supporting executives remotely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and process expense reports for executives.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
- Facilitate effective communication between executives and individuals or groups both inside and outside the organization.
- Assess current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics and optimize business and administrative processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Monitor and report on the progress of continuous improvement initiatives.
