QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience in office management or other relevant administrative support experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and high level of discretion.

Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Research and Reporting:
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation.
- Assist in the preparation of executive reports and presentations.
- Project Management:
- Assist with special projects, initiatives, and tasks as assigned by the executive.
- Monitor and follow up on project timelines and deliverables
