To be successful:

  • Demonstrated 5 years' Executive Assistant experience to a CEO or similar C Suite Executive
  • Be driven, hands on and a multi-tasker
  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Work efficiently under pressure and prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organisation and task management skills

Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing and coordinating an extremely busy and ever changing calendar including frequent interstate and international travel arrangements, accommodation and transfers
  • Effective email management - prioritising and filtering all incoming mail and communication both professional and personal and have the ability to respond and manage communication at all levels
  • Management of social media channels - twitter, facebook, instragram, personal website
  • Researching, creating presentations and doing all preparation for events and meetings
  • Prioritise and ensure that reports, business papers and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly
  • Reconciliation of personal and professional financial statements and preparing company financial reports
  • Carry out special projects as allocated by the CEO
