Building the workforce of the future…Today. We invite you to be part of our team! Job Description Ensure that all data on costing is recorded with accuracy for analysis and reporting purposes. To liaise with stakeholders and HQ on any discrepancy cost reporting. To overseas the tasks of receiving billing from suppliers and sending invoices to HQ Finance for entry and payment purposes. To be responsible for petty cash management, which is in charge of maintaining financial records and preparation of financial reports and spreadsheets. To attend and be responsible for plant inventory movement such as production report extraction, raw material issuing, cycle count generation, stock count processes and stock reconciliation. Understand and assist in the overall operations of cost structure and translate into action plans to drive cost optimization. To collate, analyze and compute all underlying costs such as inventory, labor and plant overheads. Assist in reviewing production overheads, analyze variances and highlight areas of concerns. Assist in preparation of annual production overheads budget. To prepare monthly closing report (VOH, FOH), detailed analysis and report on natural gas, electricity, OT, R&M trend (analysis by cost per mt, comparison to prior years/budget/target). Working closely with planners for monthly stock take cut off, stock take report generation for HQ Finance. To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time. Qualifications CIMA,ACCA, Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent. 1 year of working experience in financial planning & analysis, financial reporting or related fields. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
