JOB SUMMARY

Milton Banquet & Conference Centre is seeking experienced, mature, and professional Banquet Servers to join our hospitality team. As part of our front-of-house service staff, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at weddings, corporate events, and social functions. The ideal candidates are reliable, personable, and take pride in providing attentive, high-quality service in a fast-paced banquet setting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of banquet, catering, or hospitality serving experience (banquet hall experience preferred)
  • Smart Serve Certification (mandatory)
  • Professional, mature, and polished demeanor with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and days as required by event schedules
  • Reliable transportation to and from the venue
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
