Description:
DESCRIPTION
To perform some major and most minor repairs/troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and A/C equipment. Perform all types of scheduled and unscheduled routine maintenance work and assist other Facilities staff as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of Experience in maintenance
- Working experience with a formal work order system
- Working experience with a formal equipment PM system
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Trade School certificate upon hire
- 4 years of hospital experience
