Join our team as a Field Service Engineer, where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding technical support for BD Biosciences instruments and systems. This field-based role requires overnight stays and significant travel across mainly Norway and the Nordic countries to provide on-site installations, diagnostics, and repairs, ensuring operational excellence for our customers. You will also provide remote troubleshooting and maintenance services to minimize disruptions and maintain high-quality standards. This position demands professionalism, technical expertise, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support on-site, including installations, relocations, certifications, and repairs of BD Biosciences instruments and systems.
  • Perform remote fixing and problem solving, bringing up cases to in-person support as needed.
  • Complete preventive maintenance, upgrades, and corrective actions within required timeframes.
  • Maintain detailed service records, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with operational guidelines.
  • Manage personal car stock, ensuring readiness for service tasks by maintaining required tools and spare parts.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and communicate potential business growth areas.
  • Adhere to quality, safety, and compliance regulations, consistently delivering excellent service.
  • Assist customers with service contract details, promoting their benefits and ensuring effective execution.
