The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organized and driven Administrative Assistant to become a key part of our vibrant Finance team. This can be an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who is eager to grow in a fast-paced professional environment.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Administrative Assistant performs clerical, administrative and records management functions for the finance department. Additionally, this position will provide administrative assistance to the team as required including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports. Work is reviewed primarily for accuracy and completeness.
