We’re in the midst of a digital revolution and are looking for a finance professional to join the International Digital Transformation team based here in London and partner with the team to identify- evaluate and prioritise the areas where we should invest to grow our digital capabilities. Get ready for a lot of exposure to senior colleagues across the international zone! This role presents the opportunity to champion the ‘digital revolution’ that we want to drive at Kraft Heinz- helping all of our business move to a digital first approach and realise the power of technology to transform.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance- Accounting- or Business Administration- or equivalent experience.
  • 3+years’ experience with finance- Capital or Project planning- approval requests- tracking and analysis in support of an operating function (i.e. IT- Supply Chain- Facilities)
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting concepts and month-end close
  • Experience with ProjectNow- Microsoft office or Power BI software preferred
  • Advanced Excel
  • Proven ability to work and think independently- interpret and exercise professional judgment- and creatively problem solve
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to positively and sensitively work with all team members
  • Excellent work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and strong ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong ability to multi-task with excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to overcome challenges in remote working areas such as overseas locations- cultural differences- split time-zones to ensure positive interactions


  • Responsible for partnering with the leadership team to prioritize the portfolio and subsequently work with Project Managers with preparation of quality business-cases- monthly forecasting and monitoring compliance
  • Act as primary contact for capital appropriation approval process and monthly financial routines
  • Responsible for streamlining- driving efficiencies & building analytics to continuously improve all financial results and processes
  • Ensure timelines- budget and quality of project deliverables are monitored and non-compliance communicated to Key Stakeholders for monthly KPI analysis
  • Work closely with the IT PPM team to ensure clear alignment on spend of both Capex and Opex funding
  • Budget spend of a total portfolio of $8-10MM (Capex) and ZBB spend of $1.5-2MM
  • Evaluation of transformation ideas from across the zone
  • Ability to define metrics to track value and ensure we are measuring value at the correct stages
  • Cost forecasting and analysis of spend trends
  • Responsible for assisting PM’s in preparing and gaining approval of Capital Appropriation requests- collaborating with Business Unit Budget Planning and Global Capex leads
  • Monitor- consolidate- analyze and provide real-time and agreed periodical financial reporting of the Digital Transformation portfolio
  • Setting up and running the value realization stream to ensure that projects are delivering the value they promised
  • Preparation of Monthly Reporting routines and Management presentations
