Role Overview: As a Finance and Document Controller, you will be integral to ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our financial and document management systems. You will be responsible for overseeing financial documentation, maintaining precise financial records, and supporting project teams with document control. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the operational success of Statom Group Ltd. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, billing, and expenditure documentation. Prepare and assist in the generation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Implement and oversee document control processes, ensuring all documents are logged, tracked, and filed correctly. Collaborate with project teams to ensure documentation meets compliance and regulatory standards. Assist with audits by providing necessary financial documents and supporting information. Manage the document storage and retrieval system, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. Facilitate communication and coordination between finance and project departments. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Financial Administrator or Document Controller, preferably in the construction or engineering field. Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices. Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and document management software. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
