Responsibilities:

  • Perform requirement analysis for ERP2.0 workstreams spanning Data sourcing, Accounting Hub, Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, Group consolidation and Financial Statements & Disclosure.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across Business Units and Finance functions in Singapore and its overseas branches, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and BOS.
  • Engage with stakeholders in project working groups to brief on changes and solutions, gather feedback and impact analysis
  • Provide subject matter expert input to source system integration on data mapping
  • Provide requirements for the configuration of ERP and EPM applications.
  • Identify areas for improvement during requirement analysis and solutioning.
  • Collaborate with IT partners during the project SDLC cycle
  • Validate the configuration/solution by during the playback cycles.
  • Perform functional testing to accept the configuration/solution
  • Support the business product owners during validation and testing.
