Drive impactful decision-making by bridging finance and operations within Residential Care.
In this key role, you’ll provide financial insights, align reporting with strategic goals, and collaborate across departments to enhance business performance. With a focus on enabling informed decisions and supporting operational improvements, you’ll play a pivotal role in meeting financial and business targets.
The role reports to the Senior Business Partner and is responsible for business partnering with stakeholders across the North and North-West region of Sydney, including Castle Hill, Penrith, Warriewood.
About the Role
The Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the finance and operational teams within Residential Care. Their main purposes include providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning, linking financial reports to business strategies to improve the impact of financial reporting on business performance, and working closely with different departments to understand their financial needs and challenges, helping them make informed decisions. Additionally, they initiate and support commercial and operational changes to ensure key financial and business targets are met.
