REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in financial management or executive-level finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian financial regulations and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Develop strategies to optimize cash flow, investments, and cost efficiency.
