Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the financial health of our organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving financial strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards
- Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance on complex issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive cost control initiatives
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial management roles
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, accrual accounting, and financial report interpretation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in cost control and financial planning
