Power Electronics is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join the team. In this key role, you will serve as a strategic finance partner supporting Power Electronics’ business in the USA, overseeing P&Ls, reporting, tax, and overall business performance, process implementations. You’ll work directly with the Director of Finance and CFO to manage budgets, analyze variances, oversee headcount, and prepare materials for monthly operating reports.

• Organize and prioritize tasks, assigning them to different team members according to urgency and importance, making sure tasks and projects are completed.
• Supervise and coordinate the different projects and tasks associated to the finance department, making progress visible and taking the appropriate decisions.
• Perform the monthly and annual accounting closing.
• Follow up the general accounting, taxation and preparation of the annual accounts.
• Follow-up and elaboration of associated commercial documents.
• Compliance with Cash Flow targets.
• Financial reporting (balance sheet and Profit/Loss).
• Ensure that procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are executed correctly.
• Process implementations.
• Perform all those tasks entrusted by your immediate manager both associated with your area and linked to other departments.
