JOB SUMMARY
Drive insightful, accurate, and timely reporting and analysis across the DLN groups, evaluate investment opportunities, and partner with the DLN teams to help drive operational results.
SKILLS AND MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-6 years of financial analysis experience
- Basic understanding of US GAAP
- MBA or CPA a plus

The range for this position is $59,700.00 to $111,800.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the monthly close process which includes journal entries and account reconciliations in support of the DLN
- Responsible for rolling forecast process including acquiring customer inputs, system loads, & analytical reviews
- Prepare and review key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with other analysis of performance
- Ensure all cost centers within the group you support are reviewed on at least a quarterly basis for accuracy
- Respond timely and thoughtfully to adhoc financial requests for the product management team and ROI analysis for new product launches (NPI)
- Present results to DLN leaders, identifying key trends in performance, participate in monthly operational reviews
- Identify areas for processes improvements across all areas and participate in group and matrix partner kaizen events
- Active participation in the IBP Process
