KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in Excel, including managing large datasets
• Experience with NetSuite ERP preferred
• Corporate environment experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

OTHER EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with month-end Financial Reporting and variance analysis
• Strong business acumen and the ability to work with cross-functional groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communications to a broad audience. Strong analytical skills and ability to do data mining
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Advanced Excel skills working with large datasets
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Ability to respond and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment and offer innovative solutions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone
• Visual acuity to read and analyze data on a computer screen
• Occasional light lifting of office supplies (up to 10 lbs.)
