Description:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in the reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of the Company’s financials. This role will provide guidance, expertise, coaching, and counseling to all sales staff. It will work closely with other leaders within the organization to drive efficiency and cross-teaming, which are critical to delivering the highest service levels. The Financial Analyst will possess a deep knowledge of the company, our internal processes, our software, and our business model to ensure a consistent and outstanding service delivery to all supported parties and clients. Key success factors for this role include the ability to build effective relationships and communicate effectively. This position will be based out of Charlotte, NC.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred, or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Project a behavior that models and reinforces the Company’s core set of values.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries
  • Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights and support strategic initiatives
  • Develop and track key performance metrics and perform ad-hoc analysis – primarily supporting the Sales Department
  • Provide support to the business during the monthly close, periodic forecast, annual budget, and reporting processes
  • Develop financial reports for management with a specific focus on profitability
  • Work jointly with key business stakeholders to understand business requirements and continually look to improve/enhance processes
  • Own the process of KPI reports to the leadership team, work with other departments to identify and report on the identified KPIs
  • Support and contribute to the Department’s strategic goals, process standardization, and continuous process improvement.
  • Other duties as required.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Monday.com, HubSpot, Adobe, MS Office (strong emphasis on Excel), BI reporting software (Power BI), and ERP experience preferred.
