About ThedaCare!

SUMMARY :

The Financial Analyst, Senior will join the Financial Planning and Analysis team in building the bedrock of ThedaCare’s financial reporting and analysis platform. Implement and develop new analytical tools, create dashboards, interpret financial results, and forecast future scenario-based performance.
Serves as a liaison between finance leadership and operational units. Translates analysis into actionable insights and adds value by supporting evidence-based decision making. Participates in monthly management reporting, labor and productivity management, capital planning, forecasting, and annual budgeting.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Builds successful partnerships with key internal customers and cross-functional teams.
  2. Performs tasks requiring complex and more in-depth analysis to identify financial trends and reporting outcomes and variances.
  3. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness with data.
  4. Performs specifically-defined tasks related to the preparation of the annual operating budget.
  5. Prepares and provides assistance with cost reports and other surveys.
  6. Establishes collaborative relationships with other finance team members, and provides guidance and mentorship to other finance analysts.
  7. Serves as a ThedaCare expert and resource for others on financial modeling and processes, and serves as a problem solver for others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or healthcare management
  • Three years of experience in accounting, finance, or decision analysis
