Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

The purpose of your role will be to support the Team Manager in providing a quality service to the membership of the super fund, through efficient and accurate answering of inbound telephone calls and written communication. Some key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing top-tier customer service to clients, by going above and beyond to enhance the customer experience
  • Identifying and trouble-shooting issues for clients and resolving issues over the phone and email
  • Provide technical advice regarding superannuation and on occasions general advice if accredited to do so
  • Being a subject matter expert on all things to do with the super-fund, to best upskill yourself and provide the customer with great service
