REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four-year college degree and/or 5 years commercial real estate servicing experience.
  • Successful performance within no less than 2 different areas of LSAM or equivalent experience.
  • Overall knowledge of commercial underwriting.
  • Knowledge of legal document review and interpretation.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful project leadership and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple, competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, including metrics, reporting and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build productive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Efficient in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and email software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • No less than 2 years experience working with McCracken/Strategy loan servicing system.
  • Background in real estate law, accounting/auditing, finance, commercial loan underwriting and/or loan servicing.

Responsibilities
  • Based on candidate experience and qualifications, this position is flexible to hire at an Analyst I, II, or III level
  • Under the direction of the department Manager the person in this position is responsible for activities related to and not exclusive of loading loans, deconverting loans, ARM loan audit, audits of scheduled vs. actual loan balances, creating/updating ARM indices, processing ARM notices, performing system maintenance on loans that have been assumed, modified, etc. He/She will also be responsible for participating in projects, driving development of action items and ensuring execution of project plans. The person in this position is responsible for acting in the most timely, efficient and responsible manner to protect the interest of the lender/investors pursuant to servicing their loans. The incumbent will work closely with all functions, be responsible for ensuring alignment of projects to business strategy, and that effective communications and work flows are achieved. He/She will also provide assistance to the managers overseeing the new loan setup and loan research functions. He/She will comply with all regulatory, investor guidelines and internal policies/procedures.
