Description:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Cert 2 - Fire Protection
- White Card
- Driving Licence
- Experience working with fire panels; and ability to install, test and repair fire systems/equipment
- Understanding of Australian Standards such as AS1851, and knowledge of fire safety codes/regulations
- Electrical Trade Licence (desired)
Accreditation with FPAS (Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme) would be well regarded.
Responsibilities:
As a Fire Panel / Alarm Technician , you will travel across our client sites maintaining and servicing all Fire Alarm Systems and Dry Fire Fighting Equipment.
The role is based in across Sydney, NSW.
Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.
- Fault finding on various fire systems, networks and access control systems
Installation and replacement of Fire Alarm Panels and Systems and associated componentsAssist in the preparation of customer quotations & identifying remedial work
