This is a rare opportunity to be involved in the start of a brand new pilot program to support student development and connection to the University. The First-Year Experience Officer is responsible for ensuring the high quality delivery and implementation of First-Year Experience (FYE) program related to the personal, professional and academic development for traditionally underrepresented students at ANU. The First-Year Experience Officer works as part of a dedicated student-facing team responsible for taking a holistic approach to student engagement and development, and forging collegial relationships with ANU Colleges and other service divisions.
