With a network of branches across WA, QLD and NSW, Corefleet has become a supplier of choice in the provision of light commercial vehicle rental, lease, including set-up and maintenance, for the mining, oil and gas and civil construction sectors.
A brand new role providing administration support and assistance to our Fleet Services Department.
The key responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist with fleet costing compilation & department quoting requirements
- Assist with supply milestone updates & data base maintenance
- Administer vehicle registrations, road worthy inspections and statutory compliance requirements
- Administer fines & infringements for the company
- Administer all vehicle recalls and notifications
- Assist with fleet capex submissions, purchase order creation and distribution
- Reconcile & receipt supply invoices, compile for authorisation
- Assist with fleet co-ordination as required
- Assist with the compilation & maintenance of department standard operating procedures
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Certificate in Business Studies/Administration is desirable
- Considerable experience in an administration role with a customer service focus
- Experience working in a fleet capacity is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to learn and understand the products and services of the business
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a quality service to meet customer needs
