Fleet Operations Support Officer - RTS OPS IOC

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Operations Support Officer to join our Rail and Transit Systems team. This role is based both at the Rail Operations Centre in Green Square and Auburn Maintenance Facility.

The Fleet Operations Support Officer (FOSO) is responsible for technical liaison and support to Sydney Trains operational, technical and service delivery staff, train crew and as directed by the Integrated Operations Centre Shift Manager.
The position will liaise with Internal Downer technical/engineering staff to provide first line fault identification, mitigation and reporting on the fleet whilst in the Sydney trains network. This includes the provision to provide information of network incidents into the Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) and to optimise the availability and reliability of the fleets.
