We are looking for Flex Security Guards to fill assignments for various client sites in Regina and outside Regina. The security guard (flex) will be playing a crucial role in maintaining public security.
Who is a Flex Security Guard? A Flex Security Guard provides support to multiple sites and can adapt to different work environments easily. For Flex Guards, variety is the spice of life.

• Pay Rate $17.00/hr

• Sunday - Saturday 0600-1800, 800-0600

What does a Flex Security Guard in Regina do?

• Report for duty at the specified time and location.
• Meet or communicate with designated contact persons.
• Follow job briefing and job-specific instructions.
• Report in line with specific instructions to the client’s public safety communication center.
• Report emergencies requiring immediate police, fire, or ambulance response to local emergency services through “911” or other emergency numbers and to the client’s public safety communication center.
• Notify the client’s public safety communication center of shift change.

Qualifications to become a Flex Security Guard in Regina

• Must possess a class 5 driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
• Must possess a reliable vehicle to get to and from work
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset).
• First Aid Level C CPR and AED
• Saskatchewan Security Guard License Training Certificate (we can help you get this)
• Clean criminal background check
• Strong computer skills.
• Pass a Drug and Alcohol test
• Customer service oriented.
• Must be able to stand and sit for a long period of time.
• Steel toe boots required
• Ability to work in a stressful environment if incidents occur.
