REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recognised Hospitality qualification
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar role within a Food & Beverage operations hotel environment
  • Professional disposition and positive attitude
  • Ability to work within a pressurized environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated Individual with good professional work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication, guest centric
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and strong administrative skills

  • Extensive working knowledge in MS Office in all MS office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll management, leave process applications, all data gathering processes related to the F&B department.
  • Responsible for providing administrative support for F&B operations.
  • Deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
  • Provide accurate verbal and written translation as and when needed in dealing with various situations with Associates, Guests, and Suppliers
  • Assist with menu translation, design, and printing for all outlets and banquet.
  • Assess quality control and adhere to service standards
  • Assist with Human resource administration – payroll procedure, casual productivity, trainee internships, uniform controls
  • Assist with collating and maintaining training registers and files to ensure compliance with audit requirements
  • Assist F&B Operations when needed in delivering exceptional guest services.
  • Maintain strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.
  • Maintain and co-ordinate learning and development and Health and safety files
  • Administer and support of workplace policies and procedures.
  • Practices and ensure the adherence of Health, Safety and Fire regulations
  • Assist the F & B Management in tracking of all active projects
  • Ensure all operational administration is kept current, planning and delegation of duties is successfully executed.
  • Gathering, collating, recording and filing of all correspondence – internal and external.
  • Assist with the communication, collaboration and planning with all relevant parties.
  • Assist in other duties as and when assigned to within the F&B operation.
  • Record, collate and filing of all internal / external correspondence - Minutes of meetings, daily and function meetings, price updates and order sheets, diligence recording, training records and general filing.
