ABOUT YOU – ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a general office administration role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with databases.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection principles.
  • Proactive team player who can also work independently.
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English (Grade C or above) and sound numerical ability.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Take the lead in one of the following areas: Learning & Development, Foster Carer Reviews, Assessments, or Panel Administration.
  • Provide flexible, high-quality administrative support across the organisation.
  • Deliver professional front-of-house reception duties, including managing calls and visitors.
  • Handle internal and external communications, post, and document processing.
  • Maintain databases and monitor data for analysis.
  • Support meetings and training events, including preparation and minute-taking.
  • Help with general office duties, including stationery management and equipment support.
  • Assist with marketing and recruitment tasks when required.
