YOUR PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all employees, executives, and vendors arriving at our office in the America Free Zone. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment, managing office flow and providing exceptional customer service. You will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with visitors and staff, contributing to a friendly and professional atmosphere.
You will report to the Finance/Site Manager and serve as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns related to our Costa Rica site in their absence.
