Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your infectious energy and friendly demeanor will set the tone for each guest’s visit, making them feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude as they arrive
  • Seat guests efficiently, taking into account their preferences and any special requests
  • Provide recommendations and answer questions about our menu
  • Take accurate orders
  • Serve food and beverages with precision and care
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
  • Weekends and evening events only

Qualifications

  • Must have previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests
  • Flexibility to work weekends, and bank holidays as needed
