We are looking for a highly experienced full stack developer to join a small team of equally experienced developers working on our multi-tenant customer loyalty and employee engagement incentive platform.
Incentivesmart is on a mission to build more rewarding relationships for our customers and employees. Our platform is crucial to achieving that goal. Some of our customers include Michelin, Miele, and Kimberley-Clark.
You will be responsible for delivering new projects – from design to deployment – and fixing bugs, all within a collaborative team environment. Some of the projects we have worked on recently include a social feed, badges, and multi-currency support. Upcoming projects include a dedicated employee engagement app and a reimagined admin portal.

Salary – £55 - £70K (DOE)
Location – Unity Place, 200 Grafton Gate, Milton Keynes, MK9 1UP
Role Type – Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (Hybrid Working Available)
